Bob DeNatale for many years directed the butoh company, Flesh & Blood Mystery Theater in San Francisco and later in New York City, after re-locating back to his hometown.

Bob has performed butoh all around the U.S. and in Germany and Poland. He was Associate Producer of the San Francisco Butoh Festival, and studied butoh with Akira Kasai, Hiroko Tamano, among many other wonderful artists.
